Curated Comfort: A Contemporary Living Room
Client: Nicola
Interior Designer: Sandra
Project: Living Room (23 m²)
Client's Wish: A sophisticated yet welcoming living room, combination of everyday comfort with a distinctive design identity
The Result: A timeless and unique living space centered around a sculptural curved sofa
The Materials
Tactile bouclé and natural weaves meet rich dark wood, black marble, and sleek accents of chrome and dark metal.
The Colour Concept
Warm off-whites and soft taupe form a gentle backdrop, defined by sharp black accents, browns and subtle pops of blue.
The Design Style: Contemporary
Timeless style featuring sculptural organic shapes, curated abstract art, and minimalist styling with personal touches.
The Result
An elegant balance of soft organic forms and geometric details - creating a warm, light-filled sanctuary.
To fullfil the client’s wish, the Interior Designer created a design concept that seamlessly blends sophisticated elegance with everyday warmth. At its core lies the sculptural curved sofa, paired with a bold accent chair and a low geometric coffee table that together create an inviting, perfectly balanced seating area. The visual highlight of the concept is the interplay of central abstract artwork, rich bouclé textures, and striking black accents.
